- Fixed the message list failing to load with a generic error while the toolbar badge still showed a count.
- Buttons for slow actions such as KeyLockr unlock now show a progress indicator instead of looking unresponsive.
- The version number in settings is now a visibly clickable link that opens the changelog, so updates are one click away without leaving the extension.
- The account sidebar now opens on every screen, including before any account is added, and its add-account button sits right below the last account instead of the bottom corner. Settings moves its back button to the top right and shows the version number next to the title. While reading a message, arrow up and arrow down scroll the text instead of jumping to another message; W and S still switch messages.
- Choosing KeyLockr and finishing the pairing now sets it as the vault right away, instead of leaving one more Use KeyLockr button to press — which read as if the pairing had failed.
- The KeyLockr switch now happens in the background the moment pairing completes, so it also works when the popup is closed right after scanning the code.
- Any vault change made in the background now refreshes open extension pages immediately, so a screen can no longer sit on a stale unlock or encryption prompt.
- Fixed a duplicate or late pairing response being treated as a completed pairing, which could run the KeyLockr vault adoption twice.
- Hardened the internal contract behind the KeyLockr vault adoption so a future change to the switch result cannot silently be treated as a failure.
- Fixed a wrong vault password on the authorization page showing no error at all, caused by the new background refresh signal cancelling the in-flight unlock.
